**Cheshire Dining Pub of 2014 – The Good Pub Guide**
Our team of chefs change the menu every eight weeks to reflect seasonal changes and you’ll find a daily changing specials board in the pub.
We use as many fantastic local producers as possible with most of our beef, lamb, pork and seasonal vegetables coming from Bunbury Heath itself and the Broster family – in fact, most recently we’ve had freshly picked beetroot, carrots, lettuce, mint, spinach, new potatoes, free range eggs, whole Charollais lambs, great Hereford beef and Oxford Sandy & Black pork! Phew, that’s one busy farm!!!! Check out their new stall at Bunbury Heath for the freshest produce around.
We also receive daily fresh fish deliveries and our cheese, yoghurt, ice cream and other dairy products are all locally sourced. Even our chips come from potatoes that are grown no more than 15 miles away, chipped on the farm before being delivered fresh in water everyday, ready to be double fried in dripping for that real pub flavour!

All our food is freshly prepared to order using the finest local ingredients. As a result there may be a slight delay during busier periods.
